Corrections and source disputes

For a factual error, include the affected URL, exact claim, reason it appears incorrect and an official source when available. TrailGuider aims to acknowledge a correction report within five business days.

Privacy requests

Use this address to ask about, access, correct or delete personal information associated with an email you sent to TrailGuider. Include the email address or context needed to locate the relevant record, but do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure method.

Accessibility and security

Report an accessibility barrier with the page URL, device, browser and task you were trying to complete. For a possible security issue, describe the issue without including credentials, sensitive personal information or destructive proof-of-concept material.

Commercial and sponsorship inquiries

TrailGuider may consider sponsorships or commission relationships, but commercial partners cannot purchase a favorable route verdict or bypass the editorial policy. Include the organization, proposed relationship and relevant page or audience.

Before sending an urgent travel question

TrailGuider does not provide emergency assistance, live disruption support, booking changes or same-day traveler support. Contact the transportation operator, airport, hotel, emergency service or relevant government authority for time-sensitive help.

How is email handled?
